Privacy Policy
How we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us through this website.
Overview
Protecting your privacy is a priority. This policy explains what information macsagal.com collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and the contact form it contains.
Information we collect
We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it, most commonly by filling out the contact form on this site. That form may ask for your name, email address, firm or role, and details about the trust, estate, guardianship, or conservatorship you’re contacting us about.
How we use your information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, discuss a potential engagement, and follow up about the matter you described. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party service providers
Our contact form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service that delivers submissions to us by email and may retain that data in accordance with its own privacy policy. This site is hosted on GitHub Pages and loads typefaces from Google Fonts; both may log standard technical information, such as IP address and browser type, as part of normal web traffic, independent of anything we collect directly.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use cookies or analytics tracking of its own. We don’t currently track visitors across sessions or build browsing profiles.
Data security
This site is served over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and information submitted through our contact form is transmitted securely to Formspree. That said, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Links to other websites
This site may link to outside websites for reference. We aren’t responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we don’t operate.
Children’s privacy
This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
Communications aren’t automatically confidential
Email and contact-form submissions sent over the internet aren’t automatically privileged or confidential. Please avoid sending sensitive account numbers or highly sensitive personal information through the contact form. We’re happy to arrange a more secure way to exchange documents once we’re in touch.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
